Cal Plana de Olot is a very special holiday home, located in 1400 meters altitude. There are no disturbing neighbours or traffic, so you can enjoy a very relaxing holiday for yourself. In addition, there is a swimming pool, a large patio area, well-equipped kitchen and spacious bedrooms. If you like nature and a marvellous view, this holiday house is simply perfect for you and your holiday group.
The location of this holiday home is unique. You must drive 20-25 minutes to get to the house, which means that you live peacefully in the beautiful Alpine-like scenery. The surrounding slopes are covered with grass and trees, and as the holiday home is located on top of a hill, there is a spectacular view over the valley. You can enjoy this from the large terrace area, where there are two covered areas. One is located with stunning views of the slope, while the other is in the garden with dining table and BBQ grill. There is also a swimming pool, with wonderful views too. This combination is not something that all homes can boast of! The swimming pool is fenced for safety reasons.
The ground floor of the holiday home consists of kitchen, dining and sofa area. The kitchen is nicele and well equipped with all the necessary facilities and tools. In addition, there is direct access to an outside covered dining area, so it's easy to cook the food, take it out and enjoy it with the evening sun in the background. It is an open kitchen with seating facilities in the same room. The sofa area surrounds a large, cosy fireplace, and next to this, there is a dining room for enjoying meals indoors. There is also a toilet and washing machine on the ground floor.
On the first floor, you find the bedrooms. Firstly, there is a bedroom with two single beds (which can be moved together) and a bunk bed. Next, there is a room with four single beds, which is perfect for the kids in a holiday group, and finally a double room (with possibility of additional beds) with en suite bathroom and direct access to a terrace. The remaining two double rooms are connected and located in a separate small house in the garden. Here is, of course, also a bathroom with shower.
The apartment has an activity room with table tennis, table football and games.
The capital of the region, Olot, can be reached within 30 minutes by car. This is a city that is clearly recommended to visit – there are pedestrian areas, restaurants, shopping and a market every Monday. If you go the other way, there are 30 minutes to Vic, which is also an exciting city - with the market on Tuesday and Saturday.
The area has many beautiful hiking trails where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air.
