This is a house that in many ways embraces all age groups: With its mixed focus on both fun & activities for the young ones as well as relaxation for the elderly, Cal de Flaras has all the prerequisites for making your family holiday perfect.
The outdoor area of Cal de Flaras is quite unique. The house has a fenced, 8x4 meter private swimming pool with a great pool area with sun loungers, parasols, showers, etc. There is furthermore a lot of other activities, including a large swing set, table tennis, table football, football, badminton, bicycles, etc. In addition, you will find some neat fruit trees as well as a terrace with dining table and BBQ grill in the large, beautiful garden. To put it short: You will probably not run out of things to do here.
Cal de Flaras is ideally located in town, beach and private beach. Here, you will be living completely private and secluded in a scenic area, yet with only 10 minutes to the beautiful port of L'Ametlla de Mar & the beach and 20 minutes to the beautiful Delta del Ebro area, where the Ebro River passes. Here, you can go kayaking/canoeing, fishing or perhaps just enjoy lunch in one of the cozy, authentic villages on the banks of the river.
The holiday home consists of two floors. On the ground floor you will find a large, well-equipped kitchen with a dining table and a living room with 3 sofas and a flat-screen TV. There are also 2 bathrooms with shower and two double rooms - one with a double bed and one with two single beds. On the first floor, there is a bathroom as well as two double rooms and a loft room with 6 single beds.
The house has retained its Catalan identity but is also equipped with modern facilities, including Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. In other words, you will get an authentic experience in Cal de Flaras without sacrificing the everyday comfort.
Refundable damage deposit:
Upon arrival, the owner will collect a damage deposit of 350 €, which will be refunded by bank 3 days after your holiday if there has been no damages to the house.
