Cal Fuente de Olivas is located in the beautiful Girona region. The lovely holidayhome is located in the beautiful Catalan countryside and can accommodate up to 10 (+4) guests. Cal Fuente de Olivas has a very authentic and cozy look and you will undoubtedly be able to relax and enjoy your holiday in this amazing place.
The holiday homeis located on a large property surrounded by beautiful nature. The pool area is located on the right side of the house. Here you will find plenty of sunbeds lined up next to the pool, with a covered area when in need of shade from the long sunny days. The pool area has a great view looking over green fields with grazing sheep, and the local train passing through the valley. There is also a large table by the pool area, where you can enjoy outdoor meals.
When you enter the ground floor from the pool area you will be lead into the large open kitchen and dining room. The interior and style of the kitchen is very authentic and tasteful, with a large wooden cupboard, wooden chairs and a cozy fireplace. It has a counter bar on one side, with two bar stools and is very well equipped with everything you might need, including; fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and even a Nespresso machine. The dining room is also incredibly cozy with a, arched ceiling and with authentic limestone walls. It has a long wooden dining table with wooden benches. In the next room is the lounge room with comfortable couches and chairs. There is a TV and a DVD machine, and the house also has Wi-Fi, so you will be able to put your feet up and relax here, if desired. There is also a small bathroom with a toilet on this floor, so you do not have to go upstairs if needed. At the end of this part of the house, you will find an exit that takes you outside to a covered terrace with a large table. The perfect spot to dine or enjoy a cool drink at night time, in the lovely Catalan temperatures.
There are three bedrooms located up on the first floor. The first bedroom is a double room with a large double bed. It is also possible to set up an extra single bed in the bedroom, if you are more than 10 guests visiting. The next bedroom is a large triple room with three single beds. The third bedroom is also a triple room but with a double bed and a single bed. It is also possible to set up an extra bed in this bedroom. This bedroom also has the special feature of having a small balcony with the most stunning view looking out at the beautiful surroundings. There is also another very large covered terrace located on the first floor, with wooden benches and a small table. The last bedroom is located on the second floor with extra privacy. It is a very large bedroom with a double bed, and with the possibility of having another 2 extra beds set up. All of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.
Although the holiday home is located in a very quiet, peaceful and private area, you will not have to travel far to reach the city. There is for example a small town located only three kilometers away. Here you have the opportunity to go to the local grocery store, or visit the local restaurant. But if you prefer to go to a bigger and busier city you are able to get to the motorway in just 5 minutes, which will take you directly to Girona or Barcelona. You are also able to take a trip to the beach which is only 30 km away. If you like to play golf, you will also have the opportunity to visit the local golf course, which is just on the other side of the small town. So you have plenty of opportunity to take exciting daytrips, when staying at Cal Fuente de Olivas.
Cal Fuente de Olivas is the perfect holiday home for a group looking to relax and enjoy a holiday in the beautiful Catalonia. With its many good outdoor facilities including a wonderful pool area and large covered terraces you will be able to enjoy plenty of time in the warm Catalan weather. Never the less, the holiday home’s amazing location and authentic style will provide a great atmosphere where you will be able to relax and entertain yourself with different activities.
