Casa Seperan und das umliegende Gebiet ist sehr idyllisch und ruhig da es zwischen Weinberge und Hügel in einem großen Weinanbaugebiet gelegen ist. Es gibt in der Ferienwohnung Platz für 6 Personen und es ist ideal für eine Familie mit Kindern.

Wenn Sie in der Casa Seperan ankommen, finden Sie das Haus in einem charmanten Innenhof, neben dem Haus der Eigentümer. von dem heißen Innenhof kommen ins kühle Haus. Der Eingang führt zu einer gemütlichen Lounge mit schönen Sofas und einem Kamin, wo Sie fernsehen können. Nebenan liegt ein großer Raum mit Küche und Esszimmer. In der Küche gibt es unter anderem einen Kühlschrank, einen Gefrierschrank, eine Mikrowelle und einen Herd.

Von der Küche aus hat man Zugang zu einem gemütlichen Garten, wo das hausgemachte Essen außerhalb genossen werden kann. Es gibt auch einen Grill im Garten, damit es möglich ist, das Essen im Außen zu kochen. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und mit Liegen ausgestattet, damit die katalanische Sonne voll genossen werden kann. Allerdings, wenn die Sonne zu viel wird, gibt es einen gemütlichen Tisch im Schatten unter einem großen Baum im Garten. Überall im Garten genießen Sie die schöne Aussicht über die Weinfelder.

Der Swimmingpool liegt hinter dem Haus auf der anderen Seite eines Privatwegs. Es ist oberhalb des Hauses installiert und deshalb ist die Aussicht noch besser. Der Pool ist eine sichere Attraktion für Kinder, die sicher viel Zeit hier verbringen werden.

Hinter einem zweiten Ausgang zum Garten gibt es eine kleine Spielhalle mit Tischfußball. Neben diesem gibt es ein Badezimmer. Weiter gibt es eine Treppe zum ersten Stock, wo sich die zwei Schlafzimmer befinden. Diese sind sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein Zimmer hat Doppelbett und das andere zwei Einzelbetten. Die beiden Schlafzimmer teilen sich en Badezimmer. Auf dieser Etage gibt es auch eine Galerie mit einem Schlafsofa, wo vor allem die Kinder Spaß haben können. Endlich gibt es auf dieser Etage ein großes Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad und Balkon mit Blick auf den Innenhof.

Es gibt zwei Dörfer in der Nähe - 4 km zu jedem. Hier kann man Lebensmittel einkaufen, oder einfach nur die authentische katalanische Atmosphäre genießen. Es gibt 12 km nach einer anderen Stadt, Villa Franca, wo es einen großen Markt gibt. Es ist rund 23 km zum Strand – ein aufgelegter Ausflug. Das Haus liegt nur eine Autostunde von Barcelona, eine Stadt die man einfach erleben MUSS.

We have just returned from a lovely 2 week family holiday at the property (as part of Susan Smith's family- 6 of us all adults in our 20s, 30s and 60s).

We thought the house was wonderful; an old, farmhouse with so much character and charm; yet it didn't feel old-fashioned it had fantastic amenities and equipment and was impeccably clean. As the property has lovely, thick walls it meant that it felt very cool inside which; even at night; added to the comfort. Fans and air con really aren't needed so don't let that put you off at all. There are three toilets, one shower and one bath with shower, this worked fine for us. The sofas and living area were really comfortable. Wifi worked fine- it's not high speed but it's fine for what you need. Phone signal and 4G- up by the pool! Unfortunately the BBQ cannot be used due to fire regulations in the height of summer time. However we had access to a BBQ within the courtyard which was lovely.

The kitchen is well equipped, meaning the budding chefs in our family enjoyed cooking most nights and we loved sitting at the big table in the kitchen.
It is a little remote; but not scarily so! We enjoyed this as it felt private and idyllic. and of course provides lovely views of the vineyards and hills. The drive up is fine- a few sharp bends and a gradual climb but nothing to worry about. It is well placed and close enough to big cities, towns, beaches and shops. As a previous reviewer has mentioned, there is a road next to the property that you cross to get to the pool; but we disagree with the comment it is 'not a small street' it is simply a quiet country road, with occasional cars and walkers passing through and smiling. You walk up a few steps to the pool and then benefit from a higher view with some cool breeze on one side and forest on the other!
Yes, you live next to the owner; but she is so lovely and is there if you need her but doesn't impose. The host- Rosa was such a kind lady who went out of her way to help and was always very generous with her time and help. She has a heart of gold and that really added the extra special touch to our holiday. My brother and sister-in-law had great fun speaking in their broken Spanish with her! Her granddaughter is around at changeover times and she speaks English and was also so kind and helpful. Rosa has two lovely dogs- we are dog lovers so encouraged the dogs to interact with us; but again; the dogs keep to themselves if you prefer. The dogs do not stay in any of the houses and have their own kennels located opposite. They do sometimes bark in the evenings but this blends in with the sounds of country living and the countryside sounds.
An added surprise and bonus was a separate games room across the courtyard; with pool table, table-tennis, darts and table football within the house. Fantastic! We had lots of competitive fun.
If you are there for 2 weeks a cleaning and changing service was offered which was great.

if you are looking for some peace and quiet away from other tourists but still within reaching distance of things to see and do then this property is lovely!

We stayed for two weeks at Casa Seperan in August 2019. The house is excellent and had everything we needed and more: the table football and games room were an added bonus. We appreciated the comfort of the house and the quality and high standard of the furnishings. The pool area was very relaxing with excellent views of the house and vineyards. The parasols and canopy also provided welcome shade. The property is fairly remote and you will need a car. The village of Pontons has a couple of shops and at least one excellent restaurant, El Papa, which serves locally sourced food. Vilafranca del Penedes is the nearest town, half an hour away and has a number of large supermarkets. We also parked here and took the train to Barcelona for a day trip. Tarragona is a beautiful city, an hour drive, and not to be missed. Rosa Maria, the owner of the house lives in another wing of the property. She is the most kind and generous host. She arranged for us to visit a local cava winery, Mas de Basserola, another highlight of our holiday, and with the help of google translate and our limited Spanish was able to answer any questions we had about the local area, including identifying the Bonelli’s Eagle which we were lucky enough to see.
If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday, in the heart of Catalonia, away from the touristy areas, but in reach of the beaches, then Casa Seperan will be a perfect choice.

The House was very nice and clean. But there where some points which we did not like:
The street between the house and the pool was not a small street.
The house is very close near the owner. You live door to door with the owner who got up very early and walked in the patio. So we woke up very early too because of gravel in the patio.
