Located five kilometers away from the coast and the warm sea water in the incredibly endearing and authentic medieval town of Pals, you will find two unique two-storey apartments: Apartments Samarit de Pals.
Normally, you are not able to find a modern apartment that’s located in the city and also has a pool – however, this is the case with Samarit de Pals. The lovely holiday home has a beautiful pool of 8x4 meters, with steps going into the water and varying depths for the safety and enjoyment of children. The pool area has various luxurious facilities, including sun beds, shaded areas, an outdoor shower etc., so there is excellent conditions to enjoy many relaxing hours by the pool. The courtyard and pool are shared with the other apartment - however, there is a private terrace with barbecue and a dining table, where outdoor meals can be enjoyed in complete privacy.
The two apartments are located in a neighborhood just outside the old, but incredibly beautiful town of Pals with small, charming streets and small shops. Just around the corner from the holiday homes, are a few shops and there is also a butcher and a grocery store nearby, where you can pick up daily necessities. Furthermore, it is always nice to have a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.
Samarit de Pals Anita has a size of 125 m2 and can accommodate 4 + 2 people in 2 spacious rooms. For the two bedrooms there are 3 bathrooms - 2 of them en suite. The extra bed is a very nice sofa bed, so with this and 3 bathrooms, there is optimal conditions for housing two extra persons. The modern kitchen has all necessities including oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc. The kitchen is connected with the lovely living room, where you can find a cozy sofa area with a flat-screen TV. There is also WiFi and air conditioning in the apartment. The apartment has direct access to the courtyard with pool, terrace, etc.
The holiday home has combined the authentic with the modern style, and the result is absolutely great. The house, which is originally from the 1780’s, mixes the traditional Catalan stone walls and antique tables with new designer furniture and equipment and all sorts of other modern facilities, so you get a real, authentic experience with all of today’s comforts.
The apartment also has the luxury of having a laundry room with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron etc. which is also shared with the other apartment.
The friendly owners of the two apartments will at times be present in the courtyard - you are of course very welcome to ask them for help or information.
