Masia dels Molineros ist ein verstecktes Urlaubsjuwel mit nur 3½ km zum Strand an der Küste der Costa Daurada,

- und der Weg zum nächsten Dorf kann zu Fuß zurückgelegt werden. In zwei Doppelzimmern und einem Einzelzimmer ist Platz für 5 Gäste, gegen Aufpreis 2-4 weitere Personen.</ p>

Das Haus wurde ursprünglich im 18. Jahrhundert erbaut, aber kürzlich restauriert. Es liegt am Hang neben einem kleineren Dorf – nur durch einen kleinen Bach getrennt, der sich durch die Landschaft schlängelt. Das Gelände ist sehr privat und ruhig und es gibt viele Orte zum Entspannen, da der große Garten eine kleinere Plantage mit Oliven- und Obstbäumen bildet. In der Saison können Sie sogar Ihre eigenen Zitronen und Orangen pflücken!

Das Ferienhaus ist authentisch gebaut mit einer typisch ländlichen Struktur und mehreren Ebenen. Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie die gut ausgestattete Küche sowie zwei Essbereiche, von denen einer auch über eine gemütliche Ecke mit Sofas und einem Fernseher verfügt. Es gibt auch ein Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss. Das Erdgeschoss ist mit direktem Zugang zur Außenterrasse und zum Poolbereich verbunden. Draußen finden Sie auch einen tollen Grillplatz, wo ein Gasgrill installiert wurde. Hier können Sie zum Beispiel eine köstliche Paella und andere köstliche spanische Gerichte zubereiten. 

Das Innere des Hauses:

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr authentisch gebaut mit einer typisch ländlichen Struktur und mehreren Etagen. In der unteren Etage finden Sie zwei Essbereiche, von denen einer auch als Aufenthaltsraum mit Sofaecke und TV dient. Der Boden ist als Erweiterung der Außenterrasse und des Poolbereichs angelegt und hier wurde anstelle des alten Kamins ein Gasgrill installiert, auf dem Paella und ähnliches zubereitet werden kann. Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie außerdem die gut ausgestattete Küche. Darüber hinaus finden Sie auch das Badezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken und einer Dusche. (Außerdem extra Badezimmer im unteren Terrassenbereich)

Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich im ersten und zweiten Stock. Ein mittlerer Raum ist mit einem Bett ausgestattet und kann bei Bedarf als Einzelzimmer genutzt werden. Von hier aus gibt es auch Zugang zu einer sehr schönen Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf das Mittelmeer in der Ferne. Auf dieser Etage befinden sich außerdem zwei geräumige Doppelzimmer, von denen eines mit einem Doppelbett und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet ist.

Die zweite Etage ist ein großer Gemeinschaftsraum. Hier gibt es einDoppelbett mit schöner Aussicht und das Zimmer kann als Wohnzimmer oder als zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheit genutzt werden, da an den Wänden Bänke/Tische stehen. Im Sommer ist es möglich Hier im obersten Stockwerk kann es unter dem Dach etwas warm werden, aber wenn Sie die Fenster öffnen, trägt die Meeresbrise dazu bei, die Temperatur zu senken. Im Gemeinschaftsraum gibt es einen weiteren Fernseher.

Die wunderschönen Außenbereiche!

Einer der großen Vorteile von Masia del Molineros ist der Außenbereich: Auf der Terrasse, die mit dem Swimmingpool verbunden ist, können Sie so richtig entspannen. Die im Pool spielenden Kinder sind in Sichtweite und im Schatten können Sie ein Buch lesen. Der Swimmingpool wird auch ein großer Hit sein, wenn die katalanische Sonne durchwärmt, und es gibt sogar Sitzgelegenheiten unter Wasser, sodass Sie für das ganze Geld entspannen können.

Das Haus verfügt über ein riesiges Grundstück und auf einer Ebene unterhalb des Hauses, des Pools und der Terrasse finden Sie eine zusätzliche Terrasse,schön schattig und mit einer Außenküche! Darüber hinaus gibt es hier das zusätzliche Badezimmer. Es bietet sich ein Blick auf den ehemaligen Olivenhain, der sich nun in den schönsten Hain mit Orangenbäumen und anderen Obstbäumen verwandelt hat, den Sie als nutzen können so viel wie du möchtest. Die Besitzerin Tona hat es in einen romantischen Rahmen für Hochzeiten verwandelt, normalerweise im Frühling und danach (und natürlich nicht, wenn Gäste im Haus sind :-)). Es wird von einem örtlichen Gärtner gepflegt mehrmals in der Woche, und er sorgt auch dafür, dass der Pool gereinigt wird, damit Sie immer schwimmen können. Der Hain hat auch ein paar der kuscheligen Katzen des Dorfes angelockt, die vorbeikommen und sich in der Sonne sonnen, was bei den Kindern ein Hit ist.

 

Im Dorf, das innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist, finden Sie einige Restaurants und alles, was Sie brauchen, wie einen Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei. Tona nous a super bien accueillis et a toujours répondu présente lors de nos questions. La maison est très agréable avec son grand jardin et ces équipements. Belle piscine mais fraiche car pas de bâche (fin octobre). Ballades sympas au départ de la maison. Position centrale pour visiter la région. On entend un peu les trains au loin.

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones muy tranquilas en un sitio idílico y con buena comunicación con el pueblo. Tona, la anfitriona ha sido muy buena la comunicación con ella. el lugar es increíble y tiene lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones íntimas con amigos y familiares. todo muy bien cuidado y unos jardines espectaculares. Nos ha gustado mucho :-)

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at Masia dels Molineros.

The house and grounds were amazing with lovely views. We absolutely loved the pool and being able to cool off in the morning and sitting out on the terrace in the evening. The house was so spacious and well equipped - the only thing missing was air conditioning during our stay, which was during a heatwave!

Tona and her family were so kind and welcoming, even delivering extra cups and bowls during our stay. Tona was also brilliantly helpful with advice about the area. We would definitely recommend visiting the family's takeaway in town, which has amazing Spanish meals - delicious paella negra!

The location is great for the local beaches and for exploring the area - we had day trips to Tarragona and Sitges (by car) and Barcelona (by train). Would recommend them all.

La maison et le terrain étaient incroyables avec de belles vues. Nous avons adoré la piscine et pouvoir nous rafraîchir le matin et nous asseoir sur la terrasse le soir. La maison était si spacieuse et bien équipée - la seule chose qui manquait était la climatisation pendant notre séjour, qui était pendant une canicule !

Tona et sa famille étaient si gentilles et accueillantes, livrant même des tasses et des bols supplémentaires pendant notre séjour. Tona a également été brillamment utile avec des conseils sur la région. Nous vous recommandons vivement de visiter les plats à emporter de la famille en ville, qui proposent d'incroyables plats espagnols - une délicieuse paella negra!

L'emplacement est idéal pour les plages locales et pour explorer la région - nous avons fait des excursions d'une journée à Tarragone et Sitges (en voiture) et à Barcelone (en train). Je les recommanderais tous.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez madame Tona. Le moulin est atypique, super bien. Les jardins, bois, chemins... Sont magiques. Tous les jours nous avons découvert de nouveaux jolis coins. Et tout le domaine est sécurisé ! C'est encore plus joli que les photos.
Le village est à côté, avec de grands magasins proches et de délicieux restaurants. La mer / plage (nous avons adopté la plage de Reixell pour son naturel préservé❤️) est vraiment à 3-4 km. La paillote était gaie, avec de bonnes dégustations. La mer était chaude. Nos chiens y jouaient en fin de journée, avec d'autres familles et chiens.
Nous avons parlé avec tous. Voisins (qui nous donnaient des fruit/légumes) , Espagnols, Français... Quelle gentillesse.
C'est un petit paradis qu'il faut préserver et respecter.
Madame Tona, si gentille, chaleureuse, serviable.. Elle nous a apporté en surprise des plats espagnols délicieux. Et nous a amené/accompagné en urgence chez le vétérinaire.
C'est plus qu'une propiétaire, c'est comme une amie, directement. Discrète mais disponible. Et quelle propreté, partout ! Bravo. Nous étions tellement bien que nous avons prolongé de 2 jours????.

It is a small paradise that must be preserved and respected.
Mrs. Tona, so kind, warm, helpful.. She brought us delicious Spanish dishes as a surprise. And brought/accompanied us urgently to the vet.
She's more than an owner, she's like a friend, directly. Discreet but available. And what cleanliness, everywhere! Cheer. We were so good that we extended for 2 days ????.

Det er et virkeligt dejligt autentisk spansk hus. Ligger godt i gå afstand til mindre by. god badepool. Der mangler lidt køkkengrej hvis man vil lave mad selv f.eks. køkken knive.

La casa tiene de todo y está bien ubicada. Sólo tiene un baño en la planta baja y resulta incómoda. Hay una plaga de mosca negra, pican y duele mucho. El jardinero está cada día vigilando lo que haces, poca intimidad. Hicimos el check out y nos dijeron que todo bien. Luego nos escribió Tona, nos dijo de todo y nos bloqueó. No la recomiendo.

Como deseamos clientes satisfechos, hemos estaqdo en diálogo con Juan y también la dueña Tona, como no es habitual que los clientes están descontentos con Masia dels Molineros. Es dificil saber que ha pasado, como tienen muy diferentes opiniones. - Pero como también comentado a Juan, estamos siempre a disposición para nuestros clientes hasta el último dia de la estáncia. Y si haya algo que se molesto (como el jardinero), llamanos o envia un WhatsApp, para que podemos solucionarlo rápido y aseguraros vacaciones buenos.
