Casa Costell ist ein weitläufiges Anwesen mit fantastischen Einrichtungen in der Region Baix Camp, in der Gemeinde Riudoms, Provinz Tarragona. Übernachten Sie in einem schönen katalanischen Ferienhaus mit privater Lage, umgeben von grünen Feldern und doch nur 5 km entfernt. von den Stränden der Costa Daurada, den Restaurants in Cambrils und dem Vergnügungspark Universal Studios Port Aventura.

DAS HAUS

Diese fantastische Villa bietet Platz für bis zu 20+8 Gäste, verteilt auf 10 Schlafzimmer. Hier können Sie die entspannte Atmosphäre der Landschaft genießen und sind doch nur 5 km entfernt. vom Strand. Casa Costell verfügt über einen großen Swimmingpool von 12 x 6 Metern mit Spa-Funktion, Petanque, Volleyball, Tischfußball und Tischtennis. Es gibt auch einen Paddle-Tennisplatz, einen Fußballplatz und Minigolf auf dem Grundstück, also gibt es viele Aktivitäten für die sportbegeisterten Gäste.

Ein automatisches System öffnet die Tür des Grundstücks. Wenn Sie die Schotterstraße hinauffahren, die von Obstbäumen und Gemüseplantagen umgeben ist, gelangen Sie zu einer Palmenoase. Auf der linken Seite passieren Sie den Tennisplatz und "El Xalet" (das Chalet), wo die freundlichen Besitzer Marc und seine Familie wohnen und einige Meter weiter betreten Sie das Gelände von Casa Costel".

Das Ferienhaus besteht aus zwei Etagen, die wie folgt verteilt sind:

1. Erdgeschoss, Cal Masover: Das Erdgeschoss ist über eine kleine Treppe erreichbar. Auf dieser Etage finden Sie 4 Doppelzimmer (3 Doppelbetten und 1 von zwei Einzelbetten), zwei komplette Badezimmer, ein Esszimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche.

2. Erster Stock, La Casa Gran: Wenn Sie die Treppe hinaufgehen, betreten Sie das Haus, wo Sie auf die große offene Küche mit Esszimmer mit einem schönen Kamin treffen. Der Essbereich hat Zugang zur großen Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf das Grundstück und das Mittelmeer in der Ferne. Weiter unten auf einem Flur finden Sie zwei Doppelzimmer, die sich ein großes Badezimmer teilen. Dem Korridor folgend befinden sich 4 Doppelzimmer (2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils 2 Einzelbetten), die alle über ein eigenes Badezimmer verfügen. Eines der Zimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne und die anderen über eine Dusche.

DER POOLBEREICH MIT AUSSENKÜCHE

Der natürliche Treffpunkt des Anwesens ist der sehr große, eingezäunte Poolbereich rund um den großen Swimmingpool. Der Poos hat eine Größe von 12 x 6 Metern und verfügt sogar über ein integriertes Spa. Der Pool hat auch eine römische Treppe am seichten Ende, was perfekt für kleine Kinder ist. Der Poolbereich verfügt über eine große und üppige Rasenfläche, auf der Sie sich auf dem gepflegten Grasteppich im teilweisen Schatten der Palmen entspannen können. Es gibt auch 10 bequeme Sonnenliegen, auf denen Sie sich entspannen und die katalanische Sonne genießen können.

Der Poolbereich hat auch ein "Poolhaus" mit einem Badezimmer an einem Ende und am anderen Ende eine Außenküche, einen Grill und einen Kühlschrank. Entlang der Poolhäuser gibt es eine sehr große, überdachte Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool, wo Sie zum Beispiel Mahlzeiten am Esstisch im Freien zusammen im Wind genießen können.


DER „SCHACHGARTEN”

Zwischen dem Poolbereich und dem Parkplatz gibt es einen gemütlichen Schattenplatz unter den Pinien, "El Resguard", ideal zum Lesen oder zum Schachspielen auf einem Steintisch mit graviertem Schachbrett.


AKTIVITÄTEN

Auf dem Gelände des Ferienhauses gibt es eine Aktivitätszone mit Petanque-Platz, Volleyballfeld und Zugang zum Fußballplatz. Der Fußballplatz ist ein sehr schöner Rasenplatz (die Eigentümer stellen selbst "Rollrasen" her), der genutzt werden kann, wann immer Sie möchten, und sogar nachts, da er über Flutlicht verfügt (20 € für die Nutzung von Flutlicht). Einmal pro Woche spielen Marc und seine Freunde ein Spiel, damit Sie sehen können, dass nicht alle Katalanen wie Xavi, Puyol und Piqué spielen!

Auf dem Grundstück im Umkreis von 1 Minute zu Fuß befindet sich ein Spielplatz mit Schaukel und Rutsche, ein Minigolfplatz (6€/Person) und der Paddle-Tennisplatz (auch gut für normales Tennis), die kostenlos genutzt werden können kostenlos, wenn es nicht gebucht ist. Schläger und Bälle sind vorhanden. Hier kann auch nachts gespielt werden (Flutlicht 20€)

STANDORT

Das Haus liegt nur 5 km entfernt. vom Strand entfernt und in der Nähe des Vergnügungsparks Universal Studios Port Aventura. Darüber hinaus ist das Haus ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Besuche der Weinviertel Penedés und Priorát, die historische Stadt Tarragona und sogar Barcelona kann innerhalb von 1½ Stunde Fahrt, oder Sie können den Schnellzug vom Bahnhof Tarragona Camp nehmen.

This is our third stay at Casa Costell and we have had another wonderful holiday. This property is great for family groups or groups of friends especially those with teenagers as there is so much to do! Apart from the pool it has table tennis, volleyball, football, paddle tennis and an air conditioned games room. Marc and his family are so welcoming and on hand to sort out any minor issue that might arise. Marc even took us for a tractor ride around the farm. There is a well equipped outdoor kitchen and a BBQ which we used most nights. Cambrils is about a ten minute drive away and has lots of restaurants. We would recommend Instint. Fab holiday and we hope to return again soon!

C'est notre troisième séjour à la Casa Costell et nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances. Cette propriété est idéale pour les groupes familiaux ou les groupes d'amis, en particulier ceux avec des adolescents, car il y a tant de choses à faire ! Outre la piscine, il dispose de tables de ping-pong, de volley-ball, de football, de paddle-tennis et d'une salle de jeux climatisée. Marc et sa famille sont très accueillants et disponibles pour régler tout problème mineur qui pourrait survenir. Marc nous a même emmenés faire un tour en tracteur autour de la ferme. Il y a une cuisine extérieure bien équipée et un barbecue que nous avons utilisé la plupart des soirs. Cambrils est à environ dix minutes en voiture et regorge de restaurants. Nous recommandons Instint. Des vacances fabuleuses et nous espérons revenir bientôt !

Our family of 15 ages 75 to 9 had a wonderful stay at Casa Costell it is our 2nd visit! to the villa previously in 2016 the owners are on hand if required, the villa was clean and all bedrooms have air condition units which were on from 8pm to 10am daily the games room has air con during the day as well which is definitely needed . The kitchens are well equipped and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen by the pool Our family enjoyed all the different activities available immensely, it’s a beautiful property well kept by Marc and his family, overall a great time was had by all

Notre famille de 15 ans de 75 à 9 ans a passé un merveilleux séjour à la casa costell c'est notre 2ème visite ! à la villa auparavant en 2016, les propriétaires sont disponibles si nécessaire, la villa était propre et toutes les chambres ont des unités de climatisation qui fonctionnaient de 20h à 10h tous les jours, la salle de jeux est climatisée pendant la journée, ce qui est absolument nécessaire. Les cuisines sont bien équipées et nous avons apprécié cuisiner dans la cuisine au bord de la piscine Notre famille a énormément apprécié toutes les différentes activités disponibles, c'est une belle propriété bien entretenue par Marc et sa famille, dans l'ensemble, tous ont passé un bon moment

Firstly I would like to say that we had a fantastic stay at Masa Costells, September 2022.
Marc and his family are excellent hosts, could not do enough for us, very helpful and always on the end of the phone ready to help out.
Our only opinions would be that as much as it is tight on wardrobe hanging space in the bedrooms, maybe they could add some pegs on a wall so that other clothes could be hung up, as we were living out of a suitcase most of the time.
Also the the downstairs bedrooms were very warm, and could probably benefit from air-conditioning as is the upstairs bedrooms, I can imagine this would be a costly exercise, but those air-conditioning units upstairs were very much needed, Marc did as much as he could though by supplying us with fans in the rooms.

All in all, we had a fantastic stay, to the point that one of our guests has said that her uncle would like to look into booking this next year.

So once again,
Thank you for your help in the build up to our holiday, and a big thank you to Marc and his family for being there for us at the drop of a hat.

Tout d'abord, je voudrais dire que nous avons passé un séjour fantastique à Masa Costells, septembre 2022. Marc et sa famille sont d'excellents hôtes, ne pouvaient pas en faire assez pour nous, très serviables et toujours au bout du téléphone prêts à aider dehors. Notre seule opinion serait que même s'il y a peu d'espace de rangement dans les chambres, ils pourraient peut-être ajouter des piquets sur un mur pour que d'autres vêtements puissent être suspendus, car nous vivions dans une valise la plupart du temps. . de plus, les chambres du bas étaient très chaudes et pourraient probablement bénéficier de la climatisation, tout comme les chambres à l'étage, je peux imaginer que ce serait un exercice coûteux, mais ces unités de climatisation à l'étage étaient indispensables, Marc a fait autant que il pourrait bien en nous fournissant des ventilateurs dans les chambres. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un séjour fantastique, au point qu'un de nos invités a dit que son oncle aimerait réserver cette année prochaine. alors encore une fois, merci pour votre aide dans la préparation de nos vacances, et un grand merci à Marc et sa famille d'avoir été là pour nous sans hésitation.

What can I say other than it was perfect .. Marc , his mother and father are the most generous kind and helpful people you can meet. Thank you for the taxi”s, ice … you made our stay so memorable.

The villa … huge games room which our older kids loved, the pool table proved a massive hit. Table top
Football tv and own fridge .. what more can you ask for. Our grandson turned 7 whilst there and being massive football fan was delighted to see the Football pitch which the whole family enjoyed also we all loved the Badminton, ping ping and a trampoline. The star of the Villa is the outside eating area, with its huge BBQ and a handy kitchen plus the swimming pool proved the central
Point for all the family. We didn’t leave just bought all the groceries from the supermarket (Esclat) which is only 8 mins away. Loved every minute of our holiday .. thank you Bertel for organising it

Que puis-je dire à part que c'était parfait .. Marc, sa mère et son père sont les personnes les plus généreuses, gentilles et serviables que vous puissiez rencontrer. Merci pour les taxis, la glace... vous avez rendu notre séjour si mémorable.

La villa… une immense salle de jeux que nos enfants plus âgés ont adorée, la table de billard a été un énorme succès. Dessus de la table
Football TV et propre réfrigérateur .. que demander de plus. Notre petit-fils a eu 7 ans pendant son séjour et étant un grand fan de football, il était ravi de voir le terrain de football que toute la famille a apprécié. Nous avons également tous adoré le badminton, le ping ping et un trampoline. La vedette de la Villa est la salle à manger extérieure, avec son immense barbecue et une cuisine pratique, ainsi que la piscine qui s'est révélée centrale.
Point pour toute la famille. Nous ne sommes pas partis, nous avons juste acheté toutes les courses du supermarché (Esclat) qui n'est qu'à 8 minutes. J'ai adoré chaque minute de nos vacances .. merci Bertel de l'avoir organisé

There is every single activity imaginable available here (minus tennis but the paddle makes up for that!). What a place. The hosts are incredibly accommodating as well, have recommended to a number of other friends already and we will be returning

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en famille dans cette superbe villa qui a tout pour plaire : dès que nous avons franchi le portail de l’immense propriété nous avons été subjugués par la beauté des lieux.
Les lieux sont très bien entretenus, très propres, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour ne pas à avoir à se soucier des occupations de l’un ou l’autre et adaptés pour chaque tranche d’âge.
Je voudrais préciser ici le merveilleux accueil de Pierre et son fils Marc qui ont su chaleureusement nous mettre à l’aise dès les premiers instants.
Ils ont été d’une grande disponibilité, très accessibles tout en se faisant très discrets.
Nous avons tout apprécié : que ce soit la maison, les différentes installations (terrain de foot, coin ombragé avec les hamacs, la piscine et son jacuzzi, la très fonctionnelle cuisine d’été auprès de la piscine, les différentes terrasses....)

We had a wonderful stay with the family in this superb villa which has it all: as soon as we entered the gate of the huge property we were overwhelmed by the beauty of the place.
The premises are very well maintained, very clean, there is everything you need so that you do not have to worry about one or the other's occupations and suitable for each age group.
I would like to point out here the wonderful welcome from Pierre and his son Marc, who warmly put us at ease from the very start.
They were very available, very accessible while being very discreet.
We appreciated everything: whether it was the house, the various facilities (football field, shaded area with hammocks, the swimming pool and its jacuzzi, the very functional summer kitchen by the swimming pool, the various terraces .... )

We stayed at Casa Costell with 3 families and what a great place it was - for young and old!
There is so much to do for the kids and the pool area and outside kitchen was fantastic and this is where we spent most of our time. The house and outside area is very well-equipped and has everything you need (and more). The grounds are exceptionally well-maintained - it felt like a resort- with the bonus of it being exclusively for us. The location is slightly rural which means no noise at night but close enough to beaches, towns etc. The house itself is not luxurious but definitely very clean and practical with everything functioning fine. Perfect for groups and families.
What is also definitely worthy to mention, is the warm and genuine welcome we received from the owners Marc and his brother. Nothing was too much to ask and they went out of their way to make our stay exceptional including the tractor ride on their farm. A great thank you to you both! If you are a group of people/families then we would recommend this place without a doubt.

Just back from a week at Casa Costell, there were 20 people in our party, 11 adults and 9 children. The villa was amazing with plenty of space for everyone. The pool was great and we loved the kitchen and dining area near the pool, it made mealtimes very sociable. We also had use of the pitch and putt, football pitch and tennis court which were immaculately kept. The villa is in a brilliant location with Cambrils, Reus, Tarragona as well as Portaventura theme parks on its doorstep. I would highly recommend this villa it was perfectly kept and Marc was great even taking the children on tractor ride. We all had a fabulous holiday, thanks Marc nothing was too much trouble for you.

My family have just returned from the best family holiday we have ever had.
Our party consisted of 24 people in all i including my11 grandchildren the facilities had something for everyone,Marc even too all the children for a ride on his tractor around the farm.
The whole house is so well stocked with everything the outdoor kitchen with barbecue near the fantastic swimming pool was the focal point everyone meeting there fot food some drinks from a keg of local beer which was very nice.
The rooms and showering facilities were also fantastic.
Out the back the sports facilities,football,golf volleyball and tennis are a dream.
Marc his parents and staff are so pleasant and friendly all I can say is we will be back and thank you

We booked to celebrate my dads retirement there was 25 of us in total. Swimming pool was amazing as was the pool kitchen and dining area. This is where we spent most of our time as a family. I would very much recommend this villa, owners were great to deal with as was their booking agent. We had a great holiday.

We booked the beautiful Casa Costell to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary with family. We were not disappointed, we had the most amazing week and will without a doubt be visiting again. We had the wonder chef Pere and his wife prepare us a Catalonian meal one evening which was amazing and Marc and his dad looked after us wonderfully. En fantastisk god oplevelse for hele familien, voksne samt børn. Flot feriehus, med mange muligheder for sportaktiviteter, for hele familien. En pragtfuld svimmingpool, ren og indbydende. Poolområdet, med det fantastiske udekøkken var samlingstedet, både dag og aften. Et feriested som vi alle ønsker at gense inden alt for længe <3 Imødekommende, venlige og hjælpsomme ejere !

Et helt fantastisk hus???? Vi var hele familien afsted med "børn" i alderen fra 6-23 år. Børnene, de unge og de voksne hyggede sig. Der blev spillet fodbold, volley, bordtennis, bordfodbold, golf og paddletennis. Udover det var poolen stor og lækker med lækker grøn græs. Der var så meget luft omkring os. Ejerne af huset var utrolige venlige og hjælpsomme. Vi havde en kok ude en dag, det skal man unde sig selv. Det var en dejlig oplevelse.

wij hebben met onze famillie (14 volwassenen en 5 kinderen) een ongelooflijke tijd gehad !! het huis was een ietsiepietsie verouderd maar tip top in orde en kraakproper. Zeer veel (sport) mogelijkheden aanwezig, en onze sporters vonden het spaanse tennis spel Padel super leuk ! zeer complete keuken (wij gebruikten enkel de keuken in de poolhouse) en genoeg plaats om eten en drinken cool te houden. Paar minpuntjes : de stoelen/krukjes aan de grote tafel aan het zwembad zijn niet helemaal niet comfortabel, alsook misten wij ook matrassen op de ligstoelen aan het zwembad. Als de eigenaar daar in zou investeren is het helemaal TOP !!

Perfekt feriested med super fine faciliteter til både aflapning og sport
Vi var 3 familier på ferie i alderen fra 1 år til ca. 60. Stedet var på alle fronter helt perfekt. Der er ikke noget som ikke fungerer og alt var rent og super vedligeholdt. Det bliver meget svært at finde noget der kan matche denne sublime oplevelse.
